Our movement studios are always prepared for you, pre-set with everything you need so all you need to do is show up and let us take care of the rest. Every class offers complimentary lululemon yoga mats, BYOGA premium plush props, alkaline water on tap, water glasses and towels.
Tucked away on a quiet residential street in the east end of Toronto, our 4,000 square foot studio prides itself on stunning design and attention to detail. The space offers two luxurious movement studios, spacious and elegant treatment rooms and guest relaxation lounge.
