DO ALL YOUR CLASSES HAVE MUSIC?

Yes they do! We are a music forward studio and not only do we love to get sweaty to killer tunes but we love to slow it down and chill it out with music to move you.  

ESSENTIAL OIL MASSAGES IN SAVASANA? SAY WHAT?!

Every class will end a gentle essential oil massage in savasana. Not your jam? No worries, every instructor will ask if you want in.

I’M NEW TO YOGA, WHAT CLASS DO I START WITH?

Welcome to your greatest addiction! All our teachers will create an atmosphere where you feel comfortable, but we encourage you to start with Slow Flow (if you’re looking for movement) and build into our Sweat Flow classes. If you’re looking for more stillness with deep stretching, then Yin+Chill or Restorative are calling your name. Still confused? Chat with any of our staff/instructors for more guidance.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

You do you boo – wear clothes that you feel comfortable moving in. No shoes or socks required.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

All you need to do is show up and we’ll take of the rest. We have yoga mats set out and ready for you, alkaline water, and organic tea. If you get sweaty in class, no big deal, we have towels for you.

CAN I DROP IN?

Yes! We welcome drop-ins but proceed with caution, the class you want might be sold out so we encourage you to sign up in advance specifically for evening classes.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I GET TO CLASS?

If you’re new, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill in our waiver and discover your new home. Once you’re in the family, please show up at least 5 minutes prior to class.

WHAT IF I’M LATE TO CLASS?

For evening classes we have a 5 minute grace period, if you show up later than that, you won’t be able to join the class. For daytime classes, please arrive 5 minutes prior to class starting as the studio will be closed once class begins.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We have a 12 hour cancellation policy – if you don’t cancel before that window, you will either lose a class from your class pack or if you have an auto-renew/unlimited membership, you’ll be charged a $10+hst late cancellation fee.

CAN I SHARE MY PACKAGE WITH A FRIEND, PARTNER IN CRIME OR LOVER?

You are able to share class packs with anyone you like.

CAN I PLACE MY PACKAGE ON HOLD?

Only the auto-renew unlimited passes can be put on hold. Read all details here. (link to pricing)

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

There are three spots in front of the building that are first come, first serve. Otherwise there is parking along Queen and McGee – keep your eyes on the parking rules.

DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?

We do not have showers but we do have 3 bathrooms/changerooms that you can freshen up in.

HOW CAN I PAY?

Visa or Mastercard only – we will keep your credit card on file to confirm your reservation.
