As of March 1, 2022 in accordance with the Ontario Government, we are no longer requesting proof of vaccination or masks.

• Doors will open 15 mins prior to class start time. 

• Our studio has 6 large windows and a back door that will be opened after every classes and aired out in between classes for fresh air and ventilation.

• All HVAC air filters and purifiers have been cleaned and upgraded

• We are cashless and paperless, all payments must be made by credit card, we accept all major credit cards including amex.

• Our full service amenities are open. We will return to providing mats, props, water refill and towels. Everything is sanitized with VITAL OXIDE (a hospital grade cleaner) after every single use. You are welcome to bring your own props to ensure you are fully comfortable.

• Our cubbies are open and will be sanitized after every class.  

• Our water bar is open

• Hand sanitizer stations are located around the studio, please help yourself.

• Only the second floor studio will be open at this time to limit traffic with one class running at a time and one directional flow of entry and exit traffic. 

• All guests are asked to depart directly after their class to allow time for proper cleaning in between classes.

• We are strictly enforcing our late cancellation policy, guests must cancel their reservations more than 12 hours before the start of class or a $15 cancellation fee will apply for unlimited members. Class pack holders will lose their class credit. No exceptions.
