From Rachelle: There is nothing like a private session. This is my favorite to be able to give my full attention to one body. Not only do I get to give you all my attention but you get what you need with no compromises. Some of my greatest success stories come from private sessions.
Own Body Weight Personal Training
We are NOT a gym! Benefits to personal training at Chi Junky is not being confused with a million machines and not knowing what to do with them. We provide a customized workout plan using minimal portable equipment and your own body weight. This training decreases injury, strengthens, tones and combines very well with a yoga practice. Forget people starring at you at the gym or feeling self-conscious. Rest assure our space is private so you and your trainer can get the most out of your workout with no stress.
From Rachelle: Full disclosure! I have never been able to really commit to a gym because I find it overwhelming with machines I don’t know how to use and often times intimidated. I felt uncomfortable working out knowing that everyone was checking out the other bodies in the room. So I decided to create the Un-Gym! A workout with no machines, with a trainer just for you and without anyone starring at you! Welcome to my favorite way to workout!
