Burn

Feel the burn with Rachelle in this 45 min power house own body weight workout. This class will help build strength and tone your body using only all own body weight and functional movement. The class is designed to help build strength in everyday life but also your yoga practice in preparation for arm balances and inversions. Put it to work and stay for yoga after for the perfect post workout stretch for maximum results and experience.

Move to Sooth Hatha

The perfect class to unwind, stretch, move, breath the chill out! Self care at its best, experience yoga in a calm, candlelit room with soothing music. The use of essential oils are used to inhibit relaxation. Hatha classes have a focus on alignment and mindfulness. Understand how the practice of yoga can enhance your relationship with your body, soul and spirit while challenging you both mentally and physically. Increase your flexibility while building strength and confidence.

Chill + Let Go – All Levels

We can’t think of a better way to unwind at the end of a busy week than with Yin Flow, surrounded in candlelight & with an essential oil massage! Challenging you in stillness, postures are held for longer periods of time to deeply stretch connective tissues. Yin Flow is an excellent complement to more active yoga practices, bringing balance and awareness to both mind and body.

Hangover Flow – All Levels

This is the ideal class after a late night of debauchery! Come sweat it out on the mat with a Vinyasa flow that allows you to detox and feel energized after a late night. With awesome music to move you and adjustments using essential oils this class will make you feel new again. With lots of options in each posture, take it at your pace. All levels welcome hungover or not!

From Rachelle: There is nothing like a private session. This is my favorite to be able to give my full attention to one body. Not only do I get to give you all my attention but you get what you need with no compromises. Some of my greatest success stories come from private sessions.

Own Body Weight Personal Training

We are NOT a gym! Benefits to personal training at Chi Junky is not being confused with a million machines and not knowing what to do with them. We provide trainers at the studio or in home to provide a customized workout plan using minimal portable equipment and your own body weight. This training decreases injury, strengthens, tones and combines very well with a yoga practice. Forget people starring at you at the gym or feeling self-conscious. Rest assure our space is private so you and your trainer can get the most out of your workout with no stress.

From Rachelle: Full disclosure! I have never been able to really commit to a gym because I find it overwhelming with machines I don’t know how to use and often times intimidated. I felt uncomfortable working out knowing that everyone was checking out the other bodies in the room. So I decided to create the Un-Gym! A workout with no machines, with a trainer just for you and without anyone starring at you! Welcome to my favorite way to workout!
