Chi Fit: a Chi Junky Signature Fitness Series
Using ONLY your own body weight, this conditioning fitness program is designed to:
heal and prevent injury
shed unwanted pounds and inches.
Yes you get all that in a 60 minute kick ass workout using all your own body weight with fitness expert and trainer Sarah Mariano. Previous Chi Fit Junkies have successfully lost up to 12 inches or more in just 8 short weeks, taking the class twice a week.
This class does everything from pushups and lunges to burpees and sprinting. Have a nagging injury? Have no fear! We give modifications and lots of options. All levels and injuries are welcome. This class is great to learn to listen to your body, work with your body and know your body.
